We’re delighted to share that MacÉireann now has a live listing on DiscoverIreland.ie.
MacÉireann began as a family idea: give Ireland’s roads a voice, pair practical navigation with genuine storytelling, and help visitors understand the history, mythology, music and local life behind the landscapes they pass. Seeing that idea presented to people planning journeys across Ireland is a very proud milestone for all of us.
Why this matters to us
We built MacÉireann to help people travel freely while listening more deeply. A road is never just a road here. It may run beside an ancient monument, cross a battlefield, follow a pilgrim path or carry a song that has survived for generations.
Being listed makes it easier for visitors planning an Irish journey to find that experience. It also gives us fresh momentum as we continue adding routes, researching local stories and building a richer way to explore Ireland by car.
